Integrative Counselling & Massage Therapy
A quiet space to pause, reflect, and explore.
A quiet space to pause, reflect, and explore.

I am a registered member of the BACP and hold a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling from Iron Mill College. I also qualified as a massage therapist with the School of Bodywork in Exeter in 2020.
I offer counselling and massage as two different ways of helping people understand themselves. I'm interested in the relationship between our bodies and our minds, how our experiences shape us, and how taking the time to pause and reflect can help us make sense of our lives. As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person's individual needs. Whatever brings you to therapy, I aim to offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where we can explore things together at a pace that feels right for you.
I was drawn to counselling through a desire to better understand myself, my relationships with others, and the world around me. I've always been fascinated by people, their lives, and the age-old stories that shape who we become. Over time, that same curiosity became a wish to help others explore their own experiences, make sense of what they're carrying, and develop a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves, and with others.
Outside the counselling room, I spend much of my time walking and exploring the natural world. I appreciate the chance to step away from the fast pace of everyday life and notice the details that are so easily overlooked. I find there is something restorative about the rhythm of walking, which often makes space for reflection and fresh perspective. This is one of the reasons I offer walk and talk sessions, which some people find a more natural and comfortable way to explore whatever is on their mind.
