Counselling is simply space to talk, reflect, and be heard. I offer a calm, steady presence as you untangle thoughts, make sense of feelings, and explore what feels true or important in your life.
Sometimes life moves so quickly that we lose touch with ourselves. Counselling is a chance to pause, listen, and notice what might be asking for change. Rather than giving advice or solutions, my role is to help you explore your experience and discover your own way forward.

My work is relational, gentle, and led by you. Rather than following a set method, I shape our work around you as an individual, creating a space that feels safe, caring, and respectful.
You can choose to meet indoors in a quiet, comfortable room, or, if it feels helpful, we can work together outdoors through walking sessions. Some people find that being in nature makes it easier to talk and think.
